Scope Documents Competition scope documents outline all the important information relating to specific contest areas. The documents include the purpose of the contest, skills and knowledge to be evaluated, clothing, equipment and safety requirements, judging criteria and the list of committee members who have developed the scope document. Further information regarding start and finish time and location of the contest are also included.
